Summer Camp - 2021
Gymnastics Sevabhavi Sanstha has organised a Summer Camp from 1st May to 31st May 2021 under the guidance of our Head Coach Shree. Mahendra Babhulkar. The Summer Camp is an initiative taken up to reach and attract more children towards Gymnastics. Online Gymnastics Training Session are conducted twice a day for the players by the coaches. As a part of the summer camp, Gymnastics Sevabhavi Sanstha has organised a few lectures/ seminars every Sunday.
Chinmay Jawale is practicing Advocate at Bombay High Court and Sessions Court.
He did his post graduation in Child Rights and works in the domain of Child Rights and their Protection.
He assisted many victims to secure justice.
The lectures on Indian Economy was conducted by Industry expert Dr. Varadraj Bapat . & Briefed about current situation of Indian Economy to the participant including parents of players in a simple language.
Our players get to know many new things this Sunday 9th May 2021 at 10.30 a.m., a session was conducted by Dr. Varadraj Bapat on Indian Economy. He introduced and explained few Economic concepts.
The concepts were well received and appreciated by our players. Everyone is looking forward for the next one.
Gymnastics Premier League - 2020
Gymnastics Premier League is an Internal Competition held for Gymnastics players to display their skills and compete with each other under the guidance of our Senior Coach Shree. Mahendra Babhulkar. This competition is being held every year since 2013 in association with Saraswati Krida Sankul. Everyone including the parents, coaches and players are involved in this event with their heart and soul. The preparations start one week prior. The practice Hall is decorated, apparatuses are prepared. The event happens for two days.An organising committee overlooks the preparation and execution of the event. The players are grouped in Four teams. Each Team has 6 players including a Captain, Vice-Captain, One Coach, One Assistant Coach and One Parent as the Team Manager. A unique theme is decided by each team for Presentations. New Costumes are stitched and decorated and an act is decided as per the theme. For GPL 2020 the four Team are:· Max Whitlock· Simone Biles· Aliya Mustafina · Alexei NemovThe competition begins with an opening ceremony. A grand presentation of each team takes place with lot of enthusiasm. The players are divided as per their Age Group. Boys has six apparatuses and Girls have four apparatuses. Along with the competitions, the players also showcase their singing, dancing and music talent.Every year, the best performing team in all aspects including their performance and presentation receives the GPL trophy. The best team’s coach receives a cash Prize of Rs.5000/-. The program ends with lot of new memories and motivates the gymnasts to work/ practice harder.

of the players. One such way for players to compete in International
competitions is to give them opportunity to train at International Training
Centers. Few of our players, namely Purva Kirve, Shreyas Mandlik, Manas
Mankavale, Aryan Davande, Prince Jain, Prasad Patil attended a month-long training
camp at Leszek Blanik Acdemy Gdnask, Poland from 3rd July to
31st July 2019 under the able guidance of Mr. Andrew Levit and Mr.

To prepare the players for international competitions:
Poland Camp: Our Head Coach Shri. Mahendra Babhulkar is consistently thinking of ways to improve the performance of the players. One such way for players to compete in International competitions is to give them opportunity to train at International Training Centers. Few of our players, namely Purva Kirve, Shreyas Mandlik, Manas Mankavale, Aryan Davande, Prince Jain, Prasad Patil attended a month-long training camp at Leszek Blanik Acdemy Gdnask, Poland from 3rd July to 31st July 2019 under the able guidance of Mr. Andrew Levit and Mr. Siarhei Bialkovich.
Our Gymnasts Purva Kirve, Soham Naik, Garima Sharma, Hrucha Deole, Krisha Shah, Maahi Babhulkar attended foreign camp at Uzbekistan National Federation, Tashkent from 1st January to 25th January 2018 with team managers Mrs. Sharma & Mrs. Shah.
Foreign Coach Training at Sankul : Gymnastic Sevabhavi Sanstha invited Mr. Siarhei Bialkovich, the International coach from Poland to Sarswati Krida Sankul, Thane. Two training camps were held for all our players, one from 3rd August to 30th August 2019 and one from 3rd November to 22nd December 2019.
These camps gave all our players an opportunity to train under an International Coach. This definitely boosted our players ability to compete with international players.
To support the physical wellbeing of the players:
Artistic Gymnastic players are
prone to lot of injuries during their rigorous training. They constantly need
physiotherapy/ massages. All the players are encouraged to attend Physiotherapy
sessions with Dr. Sweta Warke& Dr. Kiran Nare, Counselling from Psychologist
Dr. Shubhangi Datar, Dietician Dr. Anuja Patel for an appropriate diet and Body
massages for Recovery of Gymnasts monthly twice by Masseur.
Participation in various National, State, District Competitions:
Our players participate in National, State, District level Gymnastics Competitions organized by Gymnastic Federation of India, Maharashtra Amateur Gymnastics Association, School Games Federation of India, Sports and Youth Services Maharashtra State. These camps gave all our players an opportunity to train under an International Coach. This definitely boosted our players ability to compete with international players.
To Promote Artistic Gymnastics as a sport we perform demonstrations on various occasions:

• Maharasthra Din
• Women’s Day
• Dahi Handi
• We organise Summer Training camps for continued improvement of our players
• We organise In-house GPL (Gymnastic Premier League) every year.
